1.The sales conditions in the online store apply only to sales to the public. The conditions of sale in quantity, namely for resale purposes, in commercial establishments, wholesale or by doses, are established on a case-by-case basis upon consultation. The purchase of any product on the website of Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. implies acceptance of these conditions of sale online.

2. All soft drinks available for sale at Garrafeira Online da Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. can only be purchased by people who have the legal capacity to do so, in their country of residence. Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer in the online cellar.

3.The images that illustrate each product in the online wine cellar may differ from the product later delivered. All sales of distilled spirits are subject to availability in stock. Under Portuguese legislation, all prices shown include the respective VAT rates in force and the Additional Tax on Alcoholic Beverages. The prices shown in the online store are indicative and subject to updates, and therefore do not constitute a contractual proposal. If the effective price of the purchased product, upon delivery, is lower than the price advertised on the website, Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. will refund the difference. If the price is higher, Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. will inform the customer of this situation by email and will await their decision to accept the new price or cancel the order within 15 days from the date on which the email was sent.

4.If an order cannot be fulfilled in part or in full, the customer will be immediately contacted by Garrafeira Online's Customer Service in order to find the most suitable solution. Orders will only be processed after effective receipt of payment. The order itself does not constitute a reservation of the products. All orders placed in the online cellar of Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. have a maximum payment period of 15 days. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

5.A 5% discount is applied to the prices shown in the online storeroom in case of picking up merchandise at the Matiz Pombalina Bar, on Rua das Trinas 25, during public opening hours. In these cases, the purchase order must mention the option chosen for the place of delivery in the "order notes" field of the "Checkout" form The prices shown do not add any postage value to each order, if the delivery is to the municipalities of Lisbon, Loures, Sintra, Cascais or Oeiras.

6. The prices shown in the online store are accompanied by shipping costs, if the delivery is destined for a municipality in Portugal not mentioned in the previous number, calculated based on the current CTT table. In general, an order takes 72 hours to be delivered in mainland Portugal. The responsibility for delays in delivery via CTT is not assumed by Matiz Pombalina.

7. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the products upon delivery. If you verify that your order is altered, you must immediately return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately notify Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd.

8. The Online Garrafeira da Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. does not ship to countries where the respective law does not allow or impose legal or tax conditions for the entry of alcoholic beverages. Buyers are responsible for the possible seizure of the respective orders, as well as the payment of customs fees, if any.

9.In case of return of the products, Garrafeira Online da Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. will refund only the amount respectively received for the purchase of these same products. In case of doubt, contact us before ordering. Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into with it, allowing them to return within 14 days of the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law no. 143/ 2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05.

10.In case of return of the products, Garrafeira Online da Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. will refund only the amount respectively received for the purchase of these same products. In case of doubt, contact us before ordering. Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into with it, allowing them to return within 14 days of the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law no. 143/ 2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05.

11. All purchases made in the online cellar of Matiz Pombalina, Comércio de Bebidas Ltd. are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence in the interpretation of the Online Sales Conditions will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
