Bourbon Whiskey Black Jack 21
€47,00
Distilled in Kentucky and aged 4 years in American oak roasted barrels, as mandatory by the American regulation of Bourbon whiskey.
The Bourbon Whiskey was developed in the United States in the 17th century, thanks mainly to Scots and Irish immigrants who settled in the state of Kentucky. There, our bourbon Jack Black is one of the most important brands of this product.
With 80% corn, it is aged in new roasted oak barrels. Sweet, fruity and aromatic, meeting the demands of international markets.
The typical bourbon grain blend is 70% corn, with the rest being wheat or rye and barley malt.
This mixture, called a mash, goes through a fermentation process called a sour mash, where a mash from a previous distillation is added to ensure a consistent pH between batches.
The fermented mash is then distilled.
