Rum Summum 12 years Sauternes Finish

Summum Sauternes Cask Finish has been created personally by the great rum master Juan Alberto Alvarez, and is double aged. After the blend has matured in white oak casks, it is finished in sweet wine casks from the renowned cellar Chateau d’Arches in the region of Sauternes France. After around 9 months in the casks, the aromas of the rum is mixed with notes of the Sauternes wine sweetness, becoming a very drinkable spirit

Nose: Soft with hints of vanilla, walnuts, honey and cooked fruits.

Palate: Elegant and slightly hints of syrup. The sweetness comes from the combination of the

flavors of French and American oak. This is a rum appropriate for both novices and connoisseurs.
